Overview

This role focuses on global business transformation through the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions, enhancing collaboration and data insight across Twinings and its partners.

In Short

• Consultant-level customer engagement on Microsoft 365 Power Platform architectures and strategy.
• Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including migrations and transformations.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture on engagements.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 focused support and high-level solution development.
• Document technical information and system problems.
• Provide technical training to customers.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions using tools and tech.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years’ experience in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform/Expert preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and technologies.
• Experience in process automation.
• Proficient in Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS 365 tools.
• Good understanding of Excel (VBA + Advanced), SQL, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Team player with the ability to learn fast.
