Overview

This position is needed to reinvent how we operate at Twilio with AI and software automations for Customer Support, Operations and Sales teams. The Principal Software Engineer position will serve as a key technical leader in our Efficiency Engineering group.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in building production-quality software applications.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in cloud architecture and distributed systems, preferably AWS.
• Experienced in full-stack software development with modern programming languages.
• Proficient in Typescript and Javascript.
• Experienced in documenting software architecture.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and design patterns.
