• Manage high-value capital procurement contracts, including EPC and licensor agreements.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Lead RFP processes and manage vendor relationships.
• Optimize procurement processes to drive cost savings.
• Ensure contract compliance and supplier performance management.
• Support logistics and material management strategies.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal and finance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of capital procurement and contract management experience.
• Strong background in vendor negotiations and procurement strategy development.
• Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Expertise in RFP development and contract negotiation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in supply chain analytics and cost modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
