Recruiter (6-month Contract) - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote 6-month contract role within the United States, seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join the team at Turquoise Health.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across various roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope.
• Run structured intake and kickoff processes.

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required.
• Strong sourcing ability and passion for engaging diverse talent.
• Experience in early-stage SaaS startups is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
