Overview

The Account Manager leads new business efforts and account management/client success efforts across the French market, working to maximize opportunities for growth against a strategic growth plan with new and existing clients.

• Forecasts, owns, and achieves annual sales targets within territory.
• Generates and closes qualified leads to expand business throughout assigned territory.
• Builds a pipeline of new business through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Targets and maintains lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Works on tenders and RFPs, collaborating with colleagues.
• Conducts tailored pitches and product demonstrations.
• Communicates unique value propositions through various channels.
• Participates in network building opportunities within the territory.
• Identifies and reports trends to Product Owners and Executive team.
• Effectively utilizes resources to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in an account/relationship management role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a team.
• Self-starter with a motivated personality.
• Proven ability to be a trusted advisor in the EdTech industry.
• 2+ years of sales/account management experience in the education sector.
• Fluency in French.
