Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Contract Manager – Data Center Lease to serve as a strategic in the lease review process for data center projects. This role is essential in identifying and flagging gaps in lease agreements, ensuring construction and operational risks are mitigated before execution.

• Support the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration in data center environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and lease structures.
• Ability to read and interpret complex lease agreements.
• Experience working with internal teams across legal and engineering.
• Experience in implementing contracting strategies.
