Overview

We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to drive our LLM Products and assume a key technical leadership role in our engineering organization. This role goes beyond delivering medium-sized projects to influencing the technical vision and architecture for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

• Prototyping expertise and MVP development.
• Expert proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Deep experience with React and Node.js frameworks.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and RAG.
• Skilled in SFT and RLHF.
