In Short

• Work as a Partner Data Analyst on the Analytics Response Team (ART).
• Wrangle large healthcare datasets and translate clinical concepts into structured queries.
• Summarize populations and generate feasibility numbers from clinical data.
• Use SQL, R, and Python to produce studies and results.
• Collaborate with life science and health system partners for analyses.
• Support customers in using the Truveta platform effectively.
• Conduct investigations of data sources to ensure data integrity.
• Deliver feedback to inform Truveta’s product roadmap.
• Engage in a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.
• Participate in annual in-person planning week.

Requirements

• Educational background in clinical research, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience with large relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience with EHR data and proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
• Knowledge of clinical terminologies like ICD, SNOMED, LOINC.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages.
• Strong customer engagement and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
