Lead QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

Trustpair is seeking a proactive and experienced Lead QA to champion the quality and security of our B2B SaaS platform. You will be instrumental in driving a 'shift-left' approach to quality, embedding security and reliability into the very foundation of our development lifecycle.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy.
• Oversee critical deployments and ensure stability and security.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics.
• Strengthen production support and act as a liaison for technical support teams.
• Drive bug prioritization in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Champion quality and secure deployment practices.
• Contribute to security audits, including ISO 27001 and SOC II Type 2.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Success in implementing and managing test automation strategies.
• Familiarity with technical stack (Datadog, Grafana, Looker/Metabase, Playwright/Allure & Python).
• Experience with quality metrics and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of software security principles.
• Experience with security audits and compliance standards.
