Lead QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on QA Lead to guide quality assurance across several Scrum teams, mentoring QA engineers and shaping QA strategy while staying hands-on with testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software QA with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong people management skills.
• Expertise in API & integration testing.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Git.
• Fluent Russian and good English (B2+).
