• Develop and refine Machine Learning and Generative AI models to address key business challenges.
• Design and build autonomous AI agents that solve problems independently.
• Create cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems integrated with external tools.
• Develop universal classifiers and scoring engines accessible via APIs.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience in developing Machine Learning and/or Generative AI systems.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts.
• Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Practical understanding of MCP concepts.
• Experience in designing and scaling APIs.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on product impact.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative and curious working style.
