In Short

• Define project scope and strategic direction with sponsors.
• Develop schedules using appropriate methods (agile or traditional).
• Lead cross-functional team formation and manage project budgets.
• Monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders proactively.

• Ensure thorough documentation and tracking for sustainable results.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in e-commerce or digital products.
• Proven ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
