Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in apparel or industrial design.
• Expert knowledge of garment construction and technical fabrics.
• Experience with PLM systems and project management methodologies.
• Ability to analyze trade-offs between product attributes.
• Proven success in managing design projects against timelines.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and factories.
• Ability to work hands-on with product development.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.
• Understanding of consumer needs in the trades.
