Requirements

• 1+ year of business operations experience or an Associate’s Degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Comfortable with statistical languages like SQL or Python.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
