Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.

• Design and deliver end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Lead complex data modeling initiatives using DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Build automated ETL pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, SSIS, or equivalent tools.
• Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations for strategic decision-making.
• Act as a technical advisor on data architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, and BigQuery.
• Capable of developing and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
