Overview

ProPharma is looking for an experienced and independent Power BI professional to lead the redevelopment of our reporting architecture and analytics environment. This is a remote role and the professional can be based out of Serbia, Croatia or North Macedonia.

In Short

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reporting architecture.
Redesign and modernize financial and operational dashboards.
Leverage the newly built data mart to create efficient data models.
Partner with FP&A and business leaders to define key KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation practices.
Gather and translate business requirements into visualizations.
Collaborate across IT, Finance, and Operations for reporting solutions.
Define and implement best practices for semantic models and data flows.
Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports and data sources.
Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
Proven track record in delivering projects in multi-department organizations.
Strong understanding of Power BI architecture.
Expert-level skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Solid experience with SQL, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
Strong grasp of data governance and access control.
Experience with Workday integration is a plus.
