Senior Power BI Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring optimized query performance
• Work with complex Power BI datasets, ensuring robust performance and scalability for large data volumes
• Connect to various data sources and transform data into actionable insights through Power BI
• Conduct analysis with a strong focus on query optimization and data efficiency
• Evaluate and improve existing BI solutions for performance, reusability, and scalability
• Present information through high-performance reports and complex visualizations tailored to business needs
• Translate business requirements into advanced technical specifications and scalable data models
• Assist QA Engineers with testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions
• Train and support end-users on Power BI and Power Apps functionalities

Requirements

• English level – B2 or higher
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Microsoft Power BI Engineer
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries
• Proven ability to transform complex data into compelling visual reports and dashboards
• Proficient in data visualization best practices
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong technical documentation skills
