Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience/administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 stack and Azure AVD.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory.
• Experience with data migrations and project deployments.
• Experience in an MSP environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with RMM tools and cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop and mobile devices.
• Exposure to vendors like Monday.com and Atlassian.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools such as MS Defender.
