Senior Data Engineer (AWS) - Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior AWS Developer to join a mature, production-grade cloud environment and take ownership of critical data integration pipelines.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain custom AWS-native data pipelines.
• Develop and support ETL processes for downstream systems.
• Lead technical design and ensure solutions are scalable and reliable.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling for operational visibility.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
• Collaborate with other AWS developers on architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS development experience.
• Strong experience building custom ETL and data integration pipelines.
• Proficient in Python for backend and data processing workloads.
• Experience designing systems with a focus on availability and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design in AWS.
• Experience integrating AWS services with external systems.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration.
• Strong understanding of AWS-native services.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
