As a Senior Back-end Engineer you will play a key role in building and maintaining services that power GenAI-driven features in Course Studio. Your expertise will help shorten the timeline for content creation by leveraging AI-driven automation and optimization techniques.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support GenAI features in Course Studio.
• Implement and optimize APIs for AI-driven content generation and processing.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of backend services.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate LLM (Large Language Models) into production workflows.
• Utilize AWS to deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-based solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Work with version control tools like Git to manage source code and development workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize backend components for reliability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and backend development best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python for backend development.
• Experience with AWS services for cloud-based development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of API development and best practices for integrating AI services.
• Experience working with GenAI and LLM (Large Language Models) is a nice to have.
