Overview

We are looking for an experienced Receivables Collector to manage outstanding accounts and ensure the timely collection of payments from advertisers, agencies, and partners in the media industry.

In Short

• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely collections.
• Review and reconcile accounts for billing discrepancies.
• Negotiate payment terms while maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or 5 years of experience in receivables collections.
• Strong understanding of media billing cycles and contracts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
