Requirements

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in integration.
Functional understanding of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules.
Solid understanding of HCM data models and Oracle BI Publisher.
Interest or prior exposure to data engineering concepts.
Proven experience with inbound and outbound integrations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Ability to thrive in a semi-structured, self-directed learning environment.
