Accounting Manager - Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting function at a corporate entity providing shared services to brands within the client network, focusing on financial operations and management reporting.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations for general ledger accounting.
• Assist AR, Billing, AP, and Finance with inquiries.
• Review monthly close entries prepared by staff.
• Oversee accounting staff for timely close and reporting.
• Review balance sheet account reconciliations and general ledger analyses.
• Maintain accounting filing system.
• Prepare/review audit schedules and conduct audit research.
• Assist with year-end tax schedules.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation process.
• Support month-end ancillary packages.

Requirements

• Experience with large ERP and Accounting Software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong technical accounting skills (GAAP, FASB, SEC requirements).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing an accounting team.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent English level.
• Located in Latam.
