HR Manager (Sales & Marketing) - Remote

Overview

Truehold is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our Real Estate Group. This includes Acquisitions, Renovations & Turns, and Transaction Management teams. The HR Generalist will be responsible for identifying and addressing HR-related challenges, developing solutions and processes to drive organizational success, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a dedicated HR professional with first-hand experience across the entire employee lifecycle and has worked in a remote, distributed environment. The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Talent and work closely with the People Ops Consultant, Real Estate Executive Team, and People Managers. This is a remote position.

In Short

• Provide top quality employee experience to our real estate group in the areas of onboarding, employee experience, performance, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Ensure an open line of communication between HR and employees in the real estate group.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support real estate goals.
• Advise managers and employees on sensitive work-related issues.
• Act as initial point of contact for real estate employees with HR-related questions.
• Develop and document policies for consistent operations.
• Build relationships with employees and real estate management.
• Support Director of TA/People and People Ops Consultant in strategic projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in human resources, people operations, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience working within Real Estate or related industry.
• Must have experience in human resource management across multiple states.
• Experience with Rippling or comparable HRIS system is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects at once.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
