Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Rocket Money, you will drive key initiatives that enhance monetization, optimize infrastructure, and ensure our foundational systems scale effectively, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions.

In Short

• Help define the product strategy and roadmap for core capabilities.
• Understand customer needs and identify market opportunities.
• Engage closely with the Engineering team for technical implementation.
• Drive a team of engineers to ship minimum-loveable-products.
• Iterate using customer feedback.
• Determine KPIs and deliver measurable impact.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research for product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Support teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner.
• Technical prowess, empathy, and strategy.
• Master cross-functional collaborator.
• Ability to use data and customer feedback for insights.
• Owner’s mindset and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Passion for improving financial lives.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Prior fintech experience is a plus.
