In Short

• Lead the implementation of new advanced analytics products for customers.
• Prioritize the analytics customer products suite based on market demands.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to understand customer challenges.
• Develop statistical analysis and visualizations for detecting fraud.
• Work with engineers and research scientists on complex data structures.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for data-driven decision-making.
• Receive training and mentoring from colleagues.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
• 8+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Customer-facing experience and strong relational database knowledge.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Experience in building scalable data products from design to deployment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in data.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and connect insights.
