Support Services Project Manager/Specialist - Remote

Overview

TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a Support Services Project Manager/Specialist for their State of Louisiana contract. This is a remote position.

In Short

• Provide OTS liaison support for needs from agency, vendor, and OTS verticals
• Manage project resources, including other internal groups or third parties
• Develop and manage Agency and stakeholder relationships
• Focus on project’s productivity
• Manage and track OTS decisions, participation, and tasks for timely completion
• Keep track of project invoices and provide budget projections
• Assist in identification and resolution of project risks and issues
• Monitor and update project schedules, due dates, and expectations
• Communicate project timelines and updates
• Participate in the development and review of project management plans and deliverables

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years project management experience
• Experience in modernized service delivery
• Project Management Professional Certification (desirable)
• Experience using Jira (desirable)
