Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a Business Analyst on our State of Louisiana contract. This is a remote position.

In Short

• Assist the State in design for OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management.
• Meet with and work directly with OCD DRU program staff on system configuration needs of Intelligrants.
• Document requirements for the use of Intelligrants grants management software.
• Work with Applications Program Manager to articulate and document business needs.
• Create use cases for proper Quality Assurance and End User Acceptability.

Requirements

• Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality.
• Ability to assess successful operational use of Intelligrants.
• Good customer service in working with end users on testing of configuration changes.
