In Short

  • Field-based role serving as a link between the company and healthcare providers.
  • Responsible for generating sales and promoting product benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on sales-related issues.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct consultative, solution-oriented sales calls.
  • Analyze complex sales data and develop business plans.
  • Meet regularly with healthcare professionals to discuss company products.
  • Must live within the assigned territory.
  • Valid US driver’s license required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or related industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and explain complex medical information.
  • Influence without direct authority.
