In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and related services, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements.

  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needs

  • Communicate professionally via email and phone

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet access and smartphone (computer is also strongly recommended)
  • Strong customer service skills
