Short-Form Video Producer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive short-form video producer to join our content marketing team and help shape and scale our short-form video presence across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

In Short

• Build and manage a production process for high-quality short-form videos.
• Find, onboard, and manage external creators and video contractors.
• Test and iterate on content pillars and video formats.
• Monitor and react to current social media trends.
• Keep track of contract signups and payments for creators.
• Produce and explore collaboration opportunities with creators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or short-form video production.
• Portfolio demonstrating growth in views or engagement with short-form videos.
• Experience with talent sourcing via freelance platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of trends and platform nuances.
• Strong storytelling and scripting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing video performance.
• Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
