Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or operations management.
  • Strong experience in managing client-facing teams.
  • Proven ability to develop teams focused on performance improvement.
  • Excellent operational skills and track record of optimizing procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
