Overview

As a Customer Retention Specialist at TripleTen, you will focus on managing refunds and drop-out cases, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Work with REFUNDS and DROP OUT cases.
  • Reach out to customers promptly, following SLA standards.
  • Assign dedicated managers for customer communication.
  • Log case details in the CRM system.
  • Document solutions in Hubspot and communicate via Jira.
  • Maintain high communication standards.
  • Refine communication skills based on feedback.
  • Ensure information exchange between departments.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in sales and customer retention is required.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (+B2) and Spanish (C2).
  • High listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent argumentation and conviction skills.
  • Experience in the sales sector and retention.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and emotions.
  • Understanding of the EdTech industry.
