Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience in automation and solution design.
• Solid understanding of business process improvement and AI.
• Experience in providing constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or ClickUp.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles.
• Evening availability (Eastern Time).
• Strong project organizational skills.
