Overview

As a Sales Consultant with TriNet, you’ll help power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects, sharing and quantifying our value proposition, and selling TriNet’s comprehensive solution which includes access to benefits, payroll, and HR services to companies with 5-99 employees within your designated territory.

In Short

  • Develop an annual plan to hit targets in defined territory.
  • Build a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various means.
  • Qualify opportunities based on understanding of target market.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects.
  • Utilize a sophisticated multi-step selling process.
  • Manage multiple complex sales opportunities in parallel.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Achieve quota target by meeting sales activity metrics.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B complex sales cycle role.
  • Proven PEO experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build a book of business from prospecting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities.
  • Experience with technology and common software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with high professional ethical standards.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to prospective clients’ sites.
