Overview

HMB is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead our Indiana Highways Design efforts and to hire and mentor a team.

In Short

• Key project manager for statewide transportation program
• Manage multi-discipline design teams
• Collaborate for business growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

• BS or MS in Civil, Structural or related engineering discipline
• Indiana PE or ability to obtain license within 6 months
• 12+ years of project design and management experience
• Experience with transportation and/or transit projects
• Familiarity with INDOT processes and standards
• Strong leadership and financial management experience
• Willingness to work on projects in multiple states
