Rail Project Manager - Remote

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rail Project Manager to lead and oversee rail projects from inception to completion.

In Short

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to large single-discipline rail projects.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with governing agencies across multiple states.
• Allocate project resources to optimize efficiency.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to less-experienced staff.
• Work closely with Business/Accounting Managers and Project Controllers.
• Travel as required to project sites and client meetings.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in rail or transit projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a project management role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
