Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team for a new remote role, focusing on VHA Claims Processing systems.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Document current system capabilities.
• Investigate and gather necessary information for new system functionalities.
• Meet with project sponsors and stakeholders to analyze requirements.
• Coordinate changes to functional specifications during development.
• Participate in developing work plans and organizing project resources.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients.
• Lead workshops and presentations for multi-stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Masters degree required.
• Minimum 10 years total experience.
• 2-5 years of Veteran Affairs Claims system experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
