Senior Programmer - Nuvolo - Remote

Overview

Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated remote Senior Programmer with expertise in Nuvolo to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in web-based and client-server application development, process automation, and integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software.

In Short

• Customize and configure Nuvolo applications built on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom scripts and integrations.
• Implement tailored workflows and automation for various modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Create and manage data imports and mappings between systems.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices for development.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing configurations and customizations.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials.
• Work projected to last through March 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in programming.
• Experience with Nuvolo Clinical EAM Platform.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & Application Developer or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• Functional knowledge of ITSM frameworks and web development frameworks.
• Extensive experience with relational databases and programming languages.
• Proven ability in planning and maintaining applications.
• Experience with system analysis and project management.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
