Overview

Trilogy Federal is seeking an Integration Lead/Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), focusing on system integration and healthcare interoperability.

• Design and implement integration architectures for VA corporate IT systems.
• Develop interfaces using HL7 standards for healthcare data interoperability.
• Lead integration of Salesforce solutions with legacy systems and cloud environments.
• Engineer solutions using InterSystems IRIS for data processing and integration.
• Collaborate with teams to embed integrations into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with VA security and privacy standards.
• Utilize tools like Jira and GitHub for documentation and tracking.
• Provide technical leadership during Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges for high availability of systems.
• Mentor team members on best practices for integration technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification required.
• HealthShare Health Connect HL7 Interface Specialist and InterSystems IRIS certifications required.
• 5+ years of experience in system integration, especially in federal or healthcare IT.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce, HL7, and InterSystems IRIS solutions.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with VA security standards and Lean-Agile framework desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and VA-approved tools.
• Ability to adapt and travel to VA sites as needed.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
