In Short

• We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to run our Quality program across Sales and Service.
• You’ll keep us compliant, lift sales quality, and reduce E&O risk without impacting agent efficiency.
• Partner with leaders and tune our AI-driven QA stack.
• Analyze QA data to spot trends and drive action plans.
• Manage offshore QA work and coach for consistency.
• Maintain and evolve quality rubrics and procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in contact center QA with proven program ownership.
• Hands-on experience with QA and contact center tools.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights.
• Proven success designing QA rubrics and processes.
• Excellent written communication and facilitation skills.
