Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Manager or RevOps experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of data and performance metrics
  • Experience optimizing internal tools, CRMs, or operational workflows
  • History of success with process improvement in fast-paced settings
  • (Preferred) Experience with mid-size sales teams
  • (Preferred) Insurance / Fintech background
