Overview

As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor Trainee, you will serve as a personal insurance advisor, helping customers select their ideal insurance carrier and coverages in both Spanish and English.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior call center and sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must.
  • Must pass licensing exam within two attempts.
  • Must meet continuing education requirements for license.
