Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clients have seamless and enjoyable travel experiences by coordinating personalized services and addressing their needs throughout the entire process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all travel-related inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with travel advisors to create and enhance personalized itineraries.
• Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and activity providers.
• Proactively monitor client travel plans, resolving issues such as delays or cancellations.
• Communicate updates, confirmations, and travel documentation to clients.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the travel experience.

• Assist in planning group travel and corporate events.
