In Short

• Lead and drive the development management of large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Develop and execute project strategies to align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact with external stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Identify business opportunities and assess project viability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

• Manage transmission/interconnection processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of utility-scale energy project development experience.
• Proven experience managing project teams.
• Expertise in permitting and interconnection.
• Experience with development activities in CAISO, NYISO, ERCOT, and PJM.
• Strong skills in managing project responsibilities independently.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and market trends.
• Proficient in managing project budgets and schedules.
• Experience with project agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
