Overview

The Senior Media Relations Manager will support TLC’s role as a leading authority on trans issues by proactively developing and implementing innovative approaches to engage media outlets, leveraging expertise in press strategy to maximize impact, amplifying trans liberation narratives, and shaping public discourse.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in media relations or press secretary role.
• Experience in engaging with press and media.
• Strong passion for strategic press and messaging work.
• Ability to create media resources for complex policy communication.
• Experience managing budgets and multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Commitment to racial, economic, and gender justice.
