Real Time Administrator, Workforce Management - Remote

Overview

The Real Time Administrator is responsible for monitoring real-time demand and key performance metrics to ensure optimal workforce management and service levels.

In Short

• Monitor real-time demand and key performance metrics.
• Deploy resources according to plan and manage service levels.
• Optimize staff productivity in and out of queue.
• Communicate with teams to coordinate workforce deployment.
• Handle schedule exceptions and support ad-hoc requests.
• Escalate systems-related issues as necessary.
• Available to work Monday - Friday, 2:45pm – 11:15pm EST.
• 2-3 years minimum related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WFM systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
