Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing implementations across our physical access and mobile credential product offerings, overseeing project execution and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

• Lead client-facing implementations of technology solutions.
• Oversee project execution and ensure quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, delivery, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports.
• Gather and evaluate project requirements.
• Provide guidance to consulting staff.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Manage project budgets and financial tracking.
• Approximately 10% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience in client-facing environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of physical security and access control systems.
• Familiarity with Higher Education environments.
