Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a trainer and content developer.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive in identifying training needs.
• Experience as a Growth Marketer or Creative Strategist is a plus.
