Requirements

• 7–10+ years in apparel production or operations.
• Experience managing PD, QC, and sourcing functions.
• Strong project/change management skills.
• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to AI tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Cultural fluency across East and West.
• Startup or eCommerce experience is a plus.
• Basic Mandarin or experience leading Chinese teams is preferred.
